Our Commitment to Child Safety

Every child deserves a champion, and being a Champion4Children means doing our part to keep children safe. Our campaign has ZERO tolerance for child abuse and neglect.  All campaign volunteers are subject to a National Sex Offender Registry check before volunteering with the campaign. 

All campaign volunteers are also expected to comply with North Carolina’s child abuse and neglect reporting requirements and to report suspected abuse or neglect as required by law. 

We believe child abuse prevention is everyone’s responsibility. Protecting children isn’t just something we talk about; it’s a standard we practice.
